Mumchi = Mum (mom) + Chi (energy). Mumchi, was born during a casual coffee date February 2023. Sara Starr-Cho and Alexis Rodrigues were catching up and relating to each other’s parenting challenges related to helping our children, and spouses, navigate through difficult emotions, gaps in communication. As conversation and caffeine flowed, the two were admiring Alexis’ newest Oracle card deck when suddenly a very Captain Planet moment unfolded! Why don’t we combine our knowledge and expertise to create a tool we wish we had when we were kids!! A mainstream products that teach emotional self-regulation, resilience, and mindfulness in a fun and playful way.
